Key Responsibilities

- Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Reach out to candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle until they successfully join the organization.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment tracker regularly.




- Build and nurture a solid talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Eligibility: We are open to:

- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in Recruitment or HR.
- Students in the second or third year of college who can work alongside their studies.
- Candidates with 12 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and will vary based on the candidate's educational background, relevant experience, availability, and overall fit for the role.
