*1. Senior Business Development Manager (1 Position)*

*Experience:* 8-10 Years

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Acquire new clients for IT Staffing and Recruitment services.

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

* Generate business through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.

* Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruiters for timely closures.

* Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.

* Achieve revenue and business growth targets.

*Desired Skills:*

* Proven experience in IT Staffing Business Development.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Experience in client acquisition and account management.

* Existing client network will be an added advantage.

*2. Senior IT Recruiters (2 Positions)*

*Experience:* 4-6 Years





*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract hiring.

* Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.

* Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple technologies.

* Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients.

*Desired Skills:*

* Experience in IT Recruitment.

* Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

* Knowledge of hiring for Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Full Stack, ERP, and other IT technologies.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
