About the Role
We're hiring ASMs & SMs to lead our fashion retail stores across India. Drive sales, build solid teams, and deliver a great customer experience while growing into bigger retail leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Own store sales targets & business growth
- Lead and manage the store team
- Handle shift planning, attendance & manpower
- Ensure inventory accuracy & control shrinkage
- Execute visual merchandising & promotions
- Manage cash handling, billing & SOP compliance
- Maintain store presentation & safety standards
Who We're Looking For
- ASM: 4 - 6 yrs retail experience
- SM: 6+ yrs, with independent store handling experienc
- Graduate (any stream)
- Fashion/Apparel background preferred
- Strong communication skills; MS Excel proficiency
