Designation - Manager / Senior Manager
Location - Mumbai
- Minimum 8-to-15-year experience in Preconstruction Budget.
- Candidate should have experience in South Bombay /Western suburbs project.
- Preliminary estimation for land feasibility.
- Coordination with Site, Commercial & Design Team for Budget and BOQ related Issues
- Preparation and review of Budgets (Concept / DD / CTC) for respective projects
- Creation of DD budget, based on received FDD package & issued WO's
- Compare project cost with external benchmarks and similar projects (segment/height)
- Capable to do Cost to Complete
- Identify Value Engineering which can be incorporated across projects - standardisation / process etc
- Preparation of Priced tender BOQ with Specifications and addendum to tenders
- Monitor and releasing of Tender BOQ's with respect to Tender Event Schedule
- Knowledge of SAP
