Job Description

We are hiring Localization Coordinators for a leading global Media & Entertainment organization. The role involves managing and coordinating localization/subtitling projects, tracking deliverables, managing escalations, and ensuring projects are completed within defined timelines. The position requires strong ownership, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery against defined milestones.
- Track project timelines, workflow, capacity, and pending activities.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project plans, instructions, assets, and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate project data and status updates.




- Track work-in-progress and ensure there are no overdue deliverables.
- Coordinate across teams/shifts for smooth handovers and timely project completion.
- Mandatory Skills

- Experience in Project Coordination / Project Management
- Strong experience in Escalation Management
- Exposure to ticketing/project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
- Positive problem-solving and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- - Graduation mandatory
