Key Responsibilities Quality Control (QC)
1. Perform calibration, verification, and documentation of QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer Titrator, and other laboratory equipment as per approved procedures.
2. Ensure qualification, labeling, storage, issuance, and periodic monitoring of working standards in compliance with regulatory and laboratory requirements.
3. Coordinate and execute IQ, OQ, PQ, and requalification activities for QC instruments, ensuring compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
4. Maintain inventory, usage records, storage conditions, and lifecycle management of analytical columns, reference standards, reagents, and laboratory chemicals.
5. Ensure adherence to Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) through proper documentation, laboratory safety, equipment logbooks, and compliance with established quality systems.
