Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking operations, and regulatory activities. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and preferably experience in the Financial Services/Stock Broking industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, MIS reporting, fixed assets, and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, inter-company transactions, and related party accounting.
- Handle exchange-related reconciliations including NSE/BSE/MCX, brokerage, transaction charges, clearing charges, exchange settlements, and invoice accounting.
- Process daily Pay in, Pay out, Allocation, Re Allocation and comeplete Segregation reporting
- Manage GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, reconciliations, notices).
- Handle TDS & Income Tax compliance, including returns, reconciliations, Form 16/16A, tax audit schedules, and notice handling.
- Support RBI/FEMA compliance, including FC-TRS filings, foreign remittances, and coordination with Authorized Dealer Banks.
- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits by preparing schedules,



resolving auditor queries, and supporting financial statements.
- Manage banking operations, payment approvals, bank documentation, Re-KYC, payment gateway onboarding, and treasury-related activities.
- Ensure timely regulatory submissions and compliance with SEBI, RBI, MCA, GST, and Income Tax requirements.
- Drive finance process improvements through Excel automation, AI initiatives, SOP development, and internal control enhancements.
- Support management on special finance and compliance projects.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com.
- 02 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, or Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI/FEMA, Banking Operations, Financial Reporting, and Audit Support.
- Proficiency in Tally, Advanced MS Excel, Microsoft Office, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, RBI FIRMS Portal, MCA Portal, and Exchange Portals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
