Kyra Infotech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist US IT Recruitment to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals across various technologies while working with US hiring models and tax terms.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End US IT Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
- Source, screen, interview, negotiate, submit, and successfully close candidates for US IT positions.
- Handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously while meeting client deadlines.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations.
- Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements and project needs.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure complete candidate documentation.

US Recruitment & Compliance

- Work with candidates holding US work authorizations including US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, H-1B, and other visa categories.
- Possess working knowledge of US employment models including W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 engagements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with client requirements and recruitment best practices.

Client & Candidate Coordination

- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Provide interview preparation guidance and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage post-interview feedback,



salary negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.

Technical Recruitment

Recruit IT professionals across multiple technology domains, including:

Recruitment Operations

- Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and US stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting technical professionals across various IT technologies.
- Excellent understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience working with candidates holding various US work authorizations.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in EST Shift (Night Shift).
