Mai Kai is the resort s signature multicuisine restaurant, designed to operate as an independent revenue centre serving both resort guests and external diners.

Job purpose

Mai Kai is the signature multicuisine restaurant at Tiki Farms Resort, positioned as an independent revenue centre serving resort guests, walk-in diners, day picnics, corporate groups, and private events. We are hiring an FB Supervisor to take primary ownership of the restaurant floor - managing daily operations, leading the service team, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warm, personalised hospitality that defines Tiki Farms.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS or order-taking device.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after guests leave.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Check guest satisfaction during the meal and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest queries politely and escalate complaints to the FB Supervisor when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards always.
- Support banquet service, private events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations whenever required.




- Encourage satisfied guests to share their dining experience through online reviews.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Food Beverage Service Associate.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, caf s, or resorts preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
- Basic understanding of POS billing systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Languages: Hindi required; English preferred; Marathi will be an added advantage.

Compensation advantages

Fixed salary: 13,000 per month

Accommodation: Staff dormitory at resort (residential role)

Meals: All meals provided

Uniform: Provided

Working pattern

- 6 days a week
- Weekend presence mandatory - peak service days for the restaurant
- Weekly off on a weekday
- Immediate joining preferred
