- 7-10 years of proven B2B sales experience as specified in the detailed JD.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience engaging with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, or other healthcare enterprises.
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, hospital promoters, administrators, and senior clinicians.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience managing long sales cycles and complex buying processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.





Preferred

- Prior experience selling Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMIS).
- Experience with EMR/EHR platforms, healthcare SaaS products, or digital health solutions.
- Familiarity with OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Inventory, Finance, and Administration.
- Understanding of healthcare digitization initiatives, interoperability standards, and Indian healthcare regulations.
- An existing network within hospitals and healthcare institutions is a significant advantage.
