About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the infrastructure, engineering, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing steel fabrication solutions, transmission towers, and other infrastructure-related products. The role requires a strategic marketer who deeply understands EPC contractors, government procurement, power transmission companies, and industrial construction ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the companys infrastructure product portfolio, including transmission towers, PEB structures, ROB components, crash barriers, shelters, and fasteners.
- Conduct market research to identify current opportunities, competitor movements, and emerging customer needs across power transmission, highways, railways, and industrial sectors.
- Plan targeted marketing initiatives for sectors such as power transmission, highways, telecom (non-tower), railways, defence, and industrial construction.

2. Branding & Marketing Communication

- Strengthen brand identity through digital and traditional B2B marketing channels.
- Prepare and manage marketing materials including brochures, data sheets, presentations, and case studies.
- Coordinate with design agencies to develop high-quality promotional collateral and product catalogs.

3. Lead Generation & Client Engagement

- Build lead-generation strategies targeting EPC firms, power transmission companies, infrastructure contractors, and government agencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support sales conversions.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, vendor registration meets,



and industry events.

4. Digital Marketing Management

- Oversee digital marketing activities such as website management, SEO, LinkedIn promotions, and email campaigns.
- Highlight company capabilities, project achievements, and technological advantages through digital platforms.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence

- Track industry trends, government policies, and infrastructure development programs across power, highways, and railways.
- Develop and maintain competitor analysis reports, pricing intelligence, and sector-specific benchmarking.

6. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Project teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Provide periodic reports on marketing activities, pipeline development, ROI, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 1015 years of experience in marketing within the infrastructure, engineering, or construction industry (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with fabrication, steel structures, transmission towers, PEB, crash barriers, shelters, or similar infrastructure products.
- Strong understanding of EPC project cycles, government procurement, and industrial B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
