Role & responsibilities :

- Prepare RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills as per work progress.
- Verify BOQ quantities, measurements, and rate analysis.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project planning schedules.
- Track project progress and compare with planned targets.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams.
- Prepare bar charts, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and MIS reports.
- Monitor material consumption and work productivity.
- Assist in tender documentation and cost estimation when required.
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation for audits.

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Qualifications:

- B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in STP, WTP, or pipeline projects.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD, Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred).
- Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and contract conditions.
