- Making and Approve GRN and forward to accounts dept for payments
- Rejected material returned to the supplier Issue material as per production requirement
- Making Material Out sources challan and transport arrangement
- Conduct physical stock-taking as per regular frequency and close the variance giving proper justification
- Dispatch Coordinator oversees the dispatching of vehicles, such as a delivery truck or emergency service unit
- Facing External and Internal audit and bank stock verification and also March ending physical stock verification
- Maintain and monitor monthly stock statement
- Follow safety practices and ensure the protected custody of material
