Role Overview: Lead the design and development of innovative AI and Data solutions for Banking and Insurance customers. Work closely with leadership to convert ideas into market-ready offerings using Microsoft technologies, open-source AI tools and multi-cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI and Data R&D; initiatives from concept to production.
- Build reusable accelerators, PoCs, MVPs and solution IP for banking and insurance use cases.
- Design solutions for data discovery, data classification, governance, security, compliance and AI-assisted automation.
- Develop enterprise AI applications, agents, copilots, RAG solutions and AI-assisted QA platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies across Microsoft, open source AI and multi-cloud ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and create a high-energy innovation culture.
- Collaborate with customers to translate business problems into practical technology solutions.

Required Skills

- Python and modern engineering practices ,




- Azure and Microsoft AI ecosystem (AI Foundry, CoPilot Agents, MS Fabric, MCP servers)
- GenAI, Agentic AI and RAG solution development
- Data architecture, governance, security and compliance
- Solution architecture and technical leadership

Value added Skills

- AWS and/or Google Cloud experience
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ollama or similar
- BFSI domain exposure

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline is required.
- Masters degree, Microsoft/AWS/GCP certifications or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
