We are hiring a skilled IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and C2H staffing. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and managing candidates using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
- Demonstrating solid expertise in IT recruitment with a solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and industry standards
- Leveraging job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others

Technologies Handled:
- Embedded Technologies: Embedded C, C++, Firmware, MATLAB, SIMULINK, SPI, UART, MODBUS, CAN, UDS, FPGA
- Microsoft Technologies: .Net, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, VB.NET, SharePoint
- Testing Methods: Manual, Automation, Selenium, QTP




- Java Technologies: Java, Core JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, UI Development, HTML, CSS, Spring
- Engineering Services: CAD, CAM, AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, SolidWorks, UGNX, PLC
- Mainframe Technologies: JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2
- SAP Technologies: SAP ABAP, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP MM

We prefer immediate joiners with good communication skills. Career breaks and gap years are accepted.

Location: Anywhere in India (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full Time / Remote (No Dual Employment allowed)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
