Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and communication standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Robust customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable handling international voice calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply (as per company eligibility).
