Robust communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi; experience in lead generation and cold calling
Handle customer inquiries, coordinate site visits, and assist in lead generation
Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis. Any Graduate from a recognized university with minimum experience of 2+ years in Telemarketing / Tele sales or Outbound voice process.
Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
