- Managing Distribution Channels:

- Overseeing the distribution network to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinating with regional distributors and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product flow.

- Inventory Management:

- Ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained at the warehouse and throughout the distribution network.
- Monitoring the shelf life of products, ensuring that expired or near-expired products are removed from distribution.

- Order Processing & Delivery Coordination:

- Ensuring that orders from various clients are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinating with logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensuring that all distribution practices comply with local and national regulations, including drug safety regulations.
- Maintaining records related to shipments, orders, stock movement,



and other distribution activities.

- Vendor & Client Relationship Management:

- Building and maintaining valuable relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and clients.
- Addressing client concerns related to stock shortages, delivery issues, or product complaints.
- Sales Support:
- Working with the sales team to forecast demand and ensure the necessary stock levels are available.

- Monitoring Market Trends:

- Keeping an eye on market trends and demands to ensure the companys products are available where needed most.
- Identifying and addressing any gaps or challenges in the distribution network.

- Reporting:
- Providing regular reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and distribution activities to management
