- 4 - 6 years of experience in Villas Sales, preferably in Patancheru location
- Marketing experience is an added advantage
- Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results
- Good communication skills and a pleasing personality
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its robust presence
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
- Update and manage social media profiles
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
