About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Influencer Marketer & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer collaborations, content planning, and creating engaging digital content. You will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, managing campaigns, and producing content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, connect, and onboard relevant influencers and creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, approvals, and timely campaign execution.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer relationships.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and ROI.
- Create engaging content including reels, short-form videos, graphics, and social media posts.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign briefs.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and creator marketing strategies.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain a database of influencers and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Knowledge of influencer analytics and campaign reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital brands is preferred.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and branding.
