Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
- Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud using APIs and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile





- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Robust understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualification / Technical skills:

- B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA from a reputed college
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Experience Cloud, CPQ).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
