As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. Roles Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.





- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.

- Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Experience in managing and executing Requests for Change within an operational environment.

- Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting efforts.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
