Select Source International hiring Manager Bench Sales.

Location: Gurgaon / Noida (fully onsite)

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants on the bench to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Handle complete H1B transfer coordination and consultant onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Source and recruit candidates with niche and emerging technology skill sets.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients/vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, submissions, and placements.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and consultant status updates.
- Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, networking, and vendor contacts.
- Work closely with recruiters and immigration teams for smooth H1B transfer processing.
- Track market trends and identify high-demand technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Bench Sales and H1B Transfer processes.




- Excellent understanding of U.S. IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Expertise in sourcing consultants with niche skills such as:
- AI/ML
- Data Engineering
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- DevOps
- Cybersecurity
- SAP
- Salesforce
- Full Stack Development
- ERP Technologies

- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong vendor network in the U.S. staffing market.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
- Existing vendor/client relationships are highly preferred.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
- Knowledge of U.S. work authorization and immigration terminology.
