Hiring: Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer / Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer with solid expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred) or any leading CDP platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable cloud-native solutions, integrating enterprise data platforms, and enabling customer engagement through modern marketing technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Preferred) or any one or more of the following CDP platforms:

- Twilio Segment (Preferred)
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Tealium AudienceStream
- Treasure Data
- mParticle
- Hightouch
- Census
- GrowthLoop

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer profile unification, identity resolution, audience management, and data governance.
- Experience integrating CDPs with Web, Mobile, APIs, Data Warehouses, Salesforce, Adobe, Marketing Automation platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data engineering, SQL development, data modeling, and large-scale data processing.
- Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS, including Lambda, Kubernetes, API integrations, messaging, and event-driven architectures.




- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to build scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
- Good to Have

- React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings
- Predictive analytics, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Churn Prediction, Audience Intelligence
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, Data Privacy, and AI Governance

- 6+ years of relevant IT experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and API integrations.
