Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting solar power solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solar solutions. Candidates with a passion for sales and renewable energy will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for solar solutions
- Meet prospective clients and understand their energy requirements
- Promote rooftop solar, commercial, and industrial solar solutions
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners




- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Experience in the solar, electrical, power, or renewable energy industry preferred
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
