* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

* Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style with a willingness to learn new technologies and business domains

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies

* Experience with SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) or other Field Service Management solutions

* Knowledge of SAP products and related technologies





* Experience with system integrations and enterprise application landscapes like Azure or AWS infrastructure

* Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools

* Experience supporting global business users in an international environment

**Key Responsibilities:**
