TAOTEL Hospitality LLP is looking for a passionate Operations Executive to manage day-to-day OTA and hotel operations. The candidate will work closely with hotel owners, revenue managers, and OTA partners to maximize hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTA Extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Cleartrip, Yatra, etc.)
- Update room rates, inventory, promotions and restrictions.
- Coordinate with hotel owners and hotel staff on daily operational requirements.
- Monitor bookings, cancellations and availability.
- Resolve OTA mapping, reservation and connectivity issues.
- Support new hotel onboarding and OTA activation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Revenue teams for smooth execution.
- Follow SOPs and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain high standards of communication with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Reservations or Revenue Management.
- Experience working on OTA Extranets will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of PMS and Channel Managers is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hotels simultaneously.
- Comfortable working from our Kolkata office.
Freshers with Hotel Management backgrounds and strong learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
