Role & responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Identify new industries, sectors, and geographic markets for expansion.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Recommend current products and market penetration strategies.

Brand Management

- Build and strengthen the Ganges Internationale brand.
- Develop corporate brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all channels.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, expos, trade fairs, and industrial events.

Digital Marketing

- Develop digital marketing strategies for domestic and export markets.
- Manage company website content and updates.
- Plan LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and industry portal campaigns.
- Improve website traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor SEO, SEM, and digital campaign performance.

Business Development Support

- Work closely with the Sales and Tendering teams to generate quality leads.
- Identify high-value projects and potential customers.
- Coordinate with consultants, EPC companies, government departments, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
- Support proposal preparation and customer presentations.

Market Research





Conduct detailed market research for:

- Telecom Infrastructure
- Crash Barrier Projects
- Solar Structures
- Industrial Fabrication
- Scaffolding
- Transmission Line Projects
- Hot-Dip Galvanizing
- Analyze market size, customer demand, pricing, and competitors.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Develop KPIs for the marketing department.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training.

Customer Relationship Management

- Develop relationships with key clients and consultants.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Coordinate customer visits and factory visits.

Reporting & Analytics

- Track marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Present business insights and marketing performance to Management.
- Maintain CRM and lead management reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- Engineering Degree preferred (Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial)
- 15 to 25 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development ( both Domestic and International )
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Steel Manufacturing, Telecom Infrastructure, Solar Structures, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Fabrication, Infrastructure Projects, or EPC industry is mandatory.
