Requirements

- Versant score of 58 and above (mandatory)

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills

- Basic MS Office proficiency

- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools (preferred)





- Prior international BPO experience preferred; freshers acceptable

- Flexibility to work rotating work weeks and US time zone shifts

- Education: Graduate (any stream)

- Experience: 03 years
