Job Description:

- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr. Vendor Management Executive to support vendor coordination and partnership management activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with vendors, tracking submissions, coordinating requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of profiles as per client expectations.
- This role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities and basic understanding of staffing/recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners on daily requirements.




- Share job requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
- Maintain vendor database and track vendor performance metrics.
- Follow up with vendors regarding interviews, feedback, and onboarding updates.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with external vendors.
- Track submission reports, closures, and pipeline status.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and account management teams.
- Negotiate basic commercial terms and maintain vendor agreements if required.
- Ensure proper communication and escalation management with vendors.
