- Lead and supervise all RIVEA Foundation activities in the assigned area.
- Plan, implement, and monitor education, health, community development, and other social initiatives.
- Coordinate with schools, government departments, local authorities, CSR partners, and community leaders.
- Manage field staff and volunteers to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain project documentation.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, meetings, and community events.
- Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of targets.
- Maintain records, beneficiary data, and MIS reports.
- Handle office administration related to project activities.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
