Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Head Democratic Republic of the Congo to establish and expand Bacchus Distillery's presence in the Congolese market. The ideal candidate will identify, appoint, and manage distributors while driving sales growth, market penetration,andbranddevelopment.Thecandidateshouldpossessstrongbusinessdevelopment skills, knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, and an established network of distributors, importers, wholesalers, and retail partners in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, negotiate,



and appoint distributors across the Democratic Republic of the Congo

. • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. •Buildrelationshipswithimporters,wholesalers,retailers,hotels,restaurants,bars,andduty-free channels

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

. • Coordinate with the India Head Office regarding sales planning, logistics, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with local import regulations, licensing, and alcohol distribution laws.

• Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and distributor meetings. Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

• MBA preferred.

• Person should have at least 2 years experience in dealing with Democratic Republic of the Congo alcohol market and FMCG products

. • Existing network of distributors/importers is highly preferred

. • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• English required; French preferred.
