Shifts Available: 12-Hour (Day/Night) | 24-Hour Live-in

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Home Care Nurses to provide personalized, high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional nursing care in a home setting

- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed

- Monitor vital signs and update the healthcare team on patient progress

- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments

- Assist patients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

- Support rehabilitation and physical therapy routines





- Educate patients and families on health management and medications

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations

What Were Looking For

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

- Experience: 1–5 years (Homecare or Hospital preferred)

- Strong communication and patient-care skills

- Compassionate, responsible, and attentive professionals
