Designation :Sr. Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager Bancassurance (PO) is responsible for generating life insurance business through the assigned bank branch by developing strong relationships with bank employees and customers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, business development, training bank staff, and achieving business targets through effective bancassurance partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches by leveraging the existing customer base.
- Source quality leads during account opening, customer servicing, fixed deposit maturity, salary account acquisition, and other banking interactions.
- Build solid relationships with Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees on life insurance products, sales processes, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Support bank staff during customer meetings,



financial need analysis, and product presentations.
- Increase customer awareness regarding life insurance, protection, retirement, savings, and annuity solutions.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to maximize business conversion.
- Maintain high policy persistency and customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and after-sales support.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, company compliance policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in branch reviews, reward & recognition programs, and sales planning meetings to improve business performance.

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
