Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex finance-related issues using Oracle Fusion Finance tools.
- Train and support end-users on new finance systems and processes.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
