Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop road infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and bridges using software such as Midas, STAAD Pro, and UG.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budgets, and schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in road design engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Midas, STAAD Pro, UG (Underground), CUT (Civil Engineering) software tools.
- Solid understanding of structure design principles and tunnel construction methods.
- Experience working as a Territory Business Manager or similar role.
