The Prospect :

DreamFirm is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant from a corporate background to lead accounting, MIS, audit and client management initiatives.

Role & responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end accounting for assigned clients.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Lead statutory, internal and tax audit engagements.
- Review financial statements and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Implement financial controls and SOPs.
- Review month-end/year-end closing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage client relationships independently.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Drive process improvements and automation.
- Work on Zoho Books and ERP systems.




- Provide financial analysis and business insights.
- Support founders with strategic financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4- 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Corporate background is mandatory.
- Zoho Books knowledge preferred.
- Strong expertise in Accounts, MIS, Audit and Financial Reporting
