The Manager, will be responsible for analyzing fabric needs, communicate recommendations to Design and cross functional partners for leveraging qualities across divisions and ensure on time garment deliveries.

- Process Responsibilities
- Initiate and track all developments
- Ensuring allocation, MRN and on time delivery
- Partner with Design Team and Vendors and ensuring approvals are in place in a timely manner
- Responsible for cost negotiation
- Monitor and track Strike Offs / Lab dips
- Support fabric process discipline throughout and provide suggestions for improvements
- Track all components of fabric like strike off/lab dips etc
- People Management Responsibilities
- Handle all grievances, approvals etc of direct reportees
- Manage all people development initiatives for direct reportees
