Job Description / Responsibilities

Info-Electronics Systems is looking for an experienced marketing and business development professional to lead the growth of our business in Hydrology and Meteorology equipment Web GIS-based solutions, and Early Warning Systems for Weather related Hazards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans to expand the company's presence in hydrology, meteorology, and geospatial solution markets.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities with government agencies, infrastructure organizations, research institutions, and private sector clients.
- Drive sales growth of hydrological and meteorological monitoring equipment Web GIS software solutions and Early Warning Systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Lead overall proposal preparation, tender participation, and strategic project positioning.
- Support the company in market expansion, partnerships, and product positioning.





- Achieve defined sales and business growth targets.

Min. Exp*

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in relevant industries.
- Strong network within hydrology, meteorology, environmental monitoring, geospatial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and project-based sales.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term market positioning.

Preferred Skills - GIS, EWS, AI analytics, international BD.

Educational Qualification - Engineering / Environmental / GIS / MBA.
