Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Group's IT and Digital Transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate Group IT teams covering hardware, software, networks, CCTV, data connectivity and business applications.
- Manage and continuously improve OEM DMS, CRM, HRMS, BI and other business systems.
- Ensure reliable, secure and uninterrupted IT infrastructure, cloud systems, servers and data security across locations.
- Develop MIS, dashboards and business analytics for management monitoring.
- Identify opportunities where technology, AI and automation can simplify work, strengthen controls and reduce costs.
- Lead software development, system integration and digital initiatives supporting business growth and customer experience.
- Establish robust processes to prevent data and intellectual-property theft and minimize system downtime.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team and ensure digital assets remain secure, updated and available.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-20+ years of leadership experience in IT,



Digital Transformation or Business Systems.
- Strong experience in ERP, DMS, CRM, HRMS, Business Intelligence and IT Infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation and system-integration projects.
- Good understanding of AI, data analytics, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA (IT/Systems) or equivalent qualification.
