The BIU & Data Analytics is responsible for supporting business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics activities to enable data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on preparing MIS, analysing data, and delivering actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to facilitate effective monitoring of business performance and key operational metrics.
- Analyse data to generate actionable business insights, identifying key trends and patterns to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports through robust validation and quality checks.
- Support automation of reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
- Assist in performance tracking and variance analysis,



providing insights into deviations against plans and supporting corrective actions.
- Support senior team members in developing presentations and reports for leadership reviews, ensuring clarity and impact of data insights.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in reporting frameworks, with a focus on automation, standardisation, and scalability.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA / Engineering background
- 2-7 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / Reporting
- Strong knowledge of data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL)
- Valuable stakeholder coordination and data handling skills
- Experience in BFSI domain preferred
