Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge of SAP Quality Management processes, configuration expertise, and experience in application support and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP QM master data, including:
- Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC)
- Sampling Procedures
- Inspection Methods
- Inspection Types
- Support and optimize quality inspection processes across procurement, production, and sales.
- Manage inspection lot processing, usage decisions, defect recording, and quality notifications.
- Analyze and resolve incidents,



service requests, and change requests related to SAP QM.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Drive operational improvements through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
