Company Profile : The company is into investment, development and management of institutional quality retail assets in India. It specializes in originating, underwriting, structuring, developing and operating retail-led mixed-use development projects across the country.

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager - Planning - Civil

Location : BKC in Mumbai - HO

Education : B.E (Civil)

Experience : 7+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Review project drawings and prepare project schedules.
- Develop WBS, baseline schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, resource planning, and material tracking.
- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead plans, and MIS reports.
- Track variations,



delays, and change control impacting project timelines and cost.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and ensure timely project execution.

Skills Required :

- Solid knowledge of Primavera / MSP / SAP.
- Experience in construction planning and project coordination.
- Exposure to commercial, mall, retail, or fit out projects preferred.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Gender : Male only

Working days : 5 days in a week

Package : 18.00 LPA to 22.00 LPA
