Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer with a solid background in industrial water treatment systems and specialty chemicals. The role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, technical sales, and proposal management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling customer visits, understanding plant requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
2. Technical Sales
3. Proposal & Order Management
4. Prepare techno-commercial proposals
5. Negotiate and follow up for order closure
6. Coordinate with internal teams for costing, dispatch, and technical support.
7. CRM & Reporting

Required Qualifications





Experience : 5 to 10 years of proven experience in industrial water treatment sales.

- Strong knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, RO systems, filtration, ETP, and water treatment chemicals.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

Technical Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of water chemistry and treatment programs.

- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
