Role: Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive/ Relationship Manager: Secured and Unsecured Loan

Job Locations: Greater Noida: Vision Business Park, Tower -A, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 21, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida

Also hiring for Lucknow | Varanasi | Prayagraj | Banaras | Kanpur (Office locations will be available in the respective cities.)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week). The 2nd Saturday and all Sundays are off.

Shift Timing: 10AM to 7PM

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred for senior roles).

Experience: 3+ years in loan sales or financial services

Product HL/LAP/BL/PL/MSME Loan/Working Capital

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.

Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to cross-sell/up-sell financial products.

Collect required documents, verify details,



and ensure smooth application processing.

Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.

Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Robust convincing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products

Self-motivated and target-driven
