Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, machinery, spares, and consumables.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and release Purchase Orders.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve supply issues.
- Prepare cost comparison statements and procurement reports.
- Maintain purchase records, indents, delivery challans, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
- Procure civil, electrical, plumbing, hardware, and general construction materials.




- Ensure procurement activities comply with project timelines and budget.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of procurement experience in Construction/EPC/Infrastructure companies.
- Experience in procurement of cement, steel, aggregates, blocks, electrical items, plumbing materials, machinery, and general consumables.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and material planning skills.
- Exposure to project/site procurement is mandatory.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Office preferred.
