Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise in Agile project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
- Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and executive leadership through regular status reports.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate UAT, production releases, and post-production support activities.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions,



and technical design reviews.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational governance standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members where applicable.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Trello.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, microservices architecture, and software development processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, estimation, sprint planning, and release management.
- Strong understanding of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification
- ITIL Certification (Preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
