Role & responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-wide instructional design and learning strategy initiatives.
- Design engaging learning experiences across digital, instructor-led, blended, and experiential formats.
- Leverage AI and up-to-date learning technologies (LMS, LXP, GenAI, learning analytics, microlearning) to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Develop competency frameworks, curriculum architecture, certification programs, and scalable learning solutions.
- Partner with global business leaders and stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful learning programs.
- Measure learning effectiveness through analytics, adoption, capability uplift, and business impact.
- Drive innovation by introducing AI-enabled workflows, reusable design models, and best practices across the learning function.

Preferred candidate profile





- 16-20 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Corporate Learning.
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking, Agile Learning Design, and Adult Learning Principles.
- Hands-on experience with learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Figma, and Miro.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI for content creation, storyboarding, learning design, or workflow automation.
- Proven ability to work with senior global stakeholders and lead large-scale learning transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
