Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development to senior leadership teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk within the organization's workforce planning processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role or similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of human resource business partnering principles and practices.
- Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
