We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Consultant , to b uild strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service.
Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk setting. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

- Customer channel management
- Case Management
- Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Contract and dispute management
- All file management activities post booking
- Documentation
- System Updates
- Operational finance
- Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions
- Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor/Masters Degree with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience




- The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong business, market and customer understanding with a passion to delight the customer through service
- An individual at this level works on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercises independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines and typically under supervision. They possess skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline
- They have knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information but may need support on non-routine problems
- An excellent team player

- Able to work under pressure

- Well organised, efficient and effective, with an eye for detail

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English (written and oral)
